How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

The bow I want is sold out, when will do you restock your store?

We do our best to make sure our bows stay in stock but the demand for some styles are high and we don't have an unlimited supply of materials. I will work hard on having bows restocked. All we can say is check back every few days!

Will the headbands fit my infant?

It definitely should! The headbands used are all standard sizes, and fit most.

The bow I want is on a clip, can I have it on a headband instead?

Depending on the type of bow, alterations can be made. However some bows with handmade clay embellishments may be not fit properly on a standard headband.
